Welcome change

Welcome to the Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia! Thank you for your changes, especially what you did for Nicola Sturgeon. I hope you like changing pages here. Here are some pages that can help you make better changes:

You do not need to log in to read or change articles on the Simple English Wikipedia. However, making an account is quick, easy and free. It also gives you many benefits such as:

  • A username of your choice.
  • Your own user page and/or subpage(s)/sandbox(es)
  • Other users can send you e-mails without knowing your address
  • The ability to move (rename) pages
  • The ability to mark an edit as "minor"
  • The ability to change semi-protected pages
  • The ability to vote in discussions
  • Keep a watchlist to see changes made to pages you are interested in.
  • You do not have to be confused on to whom any warnings are referring to.

You can click here to make an account, or log in on an existing by clicking here.

I hope you enjoy your time here. Please sign your comments on talk pages by using four tildes (~~~~). This will make your IP address and the date show up on the page. If you decide to log in, your username and the date will show up instead. Again, welcome, and I hope you decide to stay! Operator873CONNECT 02:23, 14 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

August 2018 change

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions, including your edits to Jayda Fransen. However, please be aware of Wikipedia's policy that biographical information about living persons must not be libelous. Any controversial statements about a living person added to an article, or any other Wikipedia page, must include proper sources. Thank you. Operator873talkconnect 00:29, 19 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Additionally, it has come to my attention this IP address is currently blocked on the English Wikipedia. I'm inclined to warn you that any further disruption here on Simple English Wikipedia may result in you being blocked from editing without further warning under the WP:ONESTRIKE policy. Operator873talkconnect 00:52, 19 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the change, consider creating an account so you can avoid notices that are not for you.
What disruption? You will need to justify your claim.213.205.241.128 (talk) 00:54, 19 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hello. Ignore Operator873's comment on WP:ONESTRIKE, as it is not applicable to IP addresses. Anyways, your addition to the article in question was biased and unsourced, therefore for both legal and community policy reasons it must be removed. If you have any questions feel free to respond and I will try to answer your questions. Thank you, Vermont (talk) 00:58, 19 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. My change to the article was not biased. I was trying to lesson the bias of the article, as I said in the description note to the edit. I was adding a source but someone reverted the edit before I could do so.213.205.241.128 (talk) 01:09, 19 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
