RfD nomination of Obirin Junior College change

An editor has requested deletion of Obirin Junior College, an article you created. We appreciate your changes, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Please comment on the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2013/Obirin Junior College and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also change the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns. But you should not remove the requests for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you very much. Rus793 (talk) 18:56, 21 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Commons category tags change

Thank you for creating articles about Japanese junior colleges. On some of them, you put Commons category tags when there isn't anything on Wikimedia Commons for them. Please don't use these tags when there is no category at Wikimedia Commons. It is easy to tell if there is one: add the tag, then preview the article and click on the link that the tag adds. If Commons has a category, you will see media (pictures, etc.) related to the topic. If you don't see media, then remove the Commons tag. If that isn't clear, feel free to reply here with any questions you have. Thanks! --Auntof6 (talk) 20:25, 21 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

The new article you created, Toyo Eiwa College, had this same problem. You added a Commons category template, but Wikimedia Commons doesn't have a category for this school. Please do not add Commons category templates when there is no Commons category. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 01:33, 29 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

August 2014 change

Hello, 61.116.92.160. It looks like "Kochi Junior College" was derived from the English Wikipedia or another version of Wikipedia. If that is indeed the case, please make sure you add some form of attribution, either in your change summary or on the article's talk page. This must be done, even for derivative works, or the article will be deleted in time. More instructions on how to do this are at Wikipedia:Transwiki attribution. Thank you. Rus793 (talk) 15:05, 24 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Nonexistent Commons category templates change

You are still including Commons templates to non-existent subjects. When you bring over an article from another wiki, remove any unsupported templates including Commons. Please follow the instructions in the guideline Wikipedia:How to copy from another Wikipedia. I removed them from all the articles you just submitted. At least one of the articles wasn't from enwiki. Please stop doing this. Thanks you. Rus793 (talk) 15:05, 24 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your articles about Japanese colleges change

All the articles you have created about colleges in Japan have needed a lot of cleanup. The ones you recently created need the same cleanup. Please look at the changes that have been made to the older ones and do the same things with your new ones. One older article that was cleaned up was Juntendo Medical College of Nursing. Some of the specific things that needed changing were:

  • In the infobox under "Faculty", you list departments. That parameter is for names of people who teach at the college, not the departments.
  • They included {{Commons category}} tags when there is no category for them at Wikimedia Commons.
  • Extra spaces at the end of parameters in the infobox, which made the location display incorrectly
  • Links to the word "private". The page Private is a disambiguation page. The link in the articles should be to Private school.
  • Using upper case incorrectly
  • References that linked to another Wikipedia. That is not allowed.
  • A "Related pages" section that had only one redlinked entry. There is no need for this section if it does not link to any existing articles.

Please look at these notes and at the changes that were made to some of the older articles. Then use the information to do future articles correctly. You can reply here if you have any questions about this. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 19:06, 31 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Two ways to improve your new articles change

Thank you for the new articles about junior colleges in Japan. That is a good project to work on. But, please makes new pages correctly so that others do not need to fix them.

  • We cannot use Japanese Wikipedia articles as references. Please stop doing that.
  • You do not have to link the same thing many times. For example, in Junior College of Osaka University of Foreign Studies you linked the names of departments like French language three times. Once is enough.

Please try fixing those two problems in Tenri University Women's Junior College.

Thanks,

Gotanda (talk) 01:33, 11 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Incorrect use of infoboxes change

In your articles about colleges in Japan, you list subjects such as "Nursing" in the infobox item "faculty" but that is for the number of faculty members. You also continue to use links to Japanese Wikipedia as references. Please stop doing that. Please go back and clean up the articles you have already created before making more new ones. Gotanda (talk) 22:24, 13 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please stop linking to ja.wiki in your references. If you continue this without listening to us, you may be blocked for disruptive editing. Chenzw  Talk  02:10, 14 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

December 2014 change

Welcome to Wikipedia. Your recent change to the page College of Nagoya Bunri University appears to have added wrong information and has been removed. If you think the information that you added was correct, please provide a source for the change or discuss it on the article's talk page. Please use the sandbox for any tests that you wish to make. Thank you. You have been cautioned twice before about adding nonexistent commons categories. Please stop doing this. Check to make sure there is a commons category before adding this template.
