Welcome, and a note about stubs change

Hello, Garvysolaz, and welcome to Simple English Wikipedia. I noticed that you created a template for butterfly stubs. You probably didn't know, but on this Wikipedia, stubs are managed differently from the way it's done on other Wikipedias. We keep the number of stub types to a minimum, and new stub templates and categories need to be approved at Wikipedia talk:Simple Stub Project before being created. We don't want our stub categories to be as complex as the regular article category structure -- that's another way things are kept simple here. Of the stub templates we already have, {{biology-stub}} would be the best one to use for butterfly articles.

If you're interested in learning other things that are different on this Wikipedia, I have a list of some of them at User:Auntof6/Things I would like Wikipedia editors to know#Things we do here that might be different from other Wikis. Feel free to read that and ask any questions you have. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 06:05, 3 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
