Hi Hmwith, welcome back. Can offer a bit of advice? I'd advise you to not run for sysop until you've been back and active with us for at least three months. You've only had 25 edits in the last year on simpleWP and all of those occurred during the last 48 hours. At the moment RFAs are only passing for highly active editors with at least 900 total edits. You currently have just over 250 total edits. All the best! :-) fr33kmantalk19:01, 8 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Common practice changes quickly. Simple WP is turning into English WP quickly! Well, I guess I better get busy editing then. :) hmwithτ06:46, 9 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
No we don't want that to happen!! NB: I don't say that I agree with the requirements, but they are the de facto standards at the moment. Anyway, welcome back and good luck in your future RFA. BTW: A crat doesn't need to close the RFA it was never transcluded and so was never opened. It can remain and be ready when Hmwith wants to use it in the future. If you'd prefer, make a deletion request of an admin by putting a {{qd}} tag on the page. fr33kmantalk00:32, 11 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

You suggested on the PGA that it "needed" work, but I would appreciate a little more so I can improve it and make it a GA. Please itemize your suggestions for improvement, e.g. "tell me more about this", or "change this", etc. This will help me and others improve the article. Thank you, Purplebackpack89 (talk) 18:19, 29 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

On that note, please do continue to submit articles, QandAs and the like. You may have noticed that recent Issues have been fairly bare - and the only way that will change will be with your help.

An editor has requested deletion of User:Barliner/my boxes, an article you created. We appreciate your changes, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
You may also change the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns. But you should not remove the requests for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you very much. Auntof6 (talk) 04:42, 12 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
