Portal:History change
Dear Hojimachong,
I requested for deletion of Portal:History. You can comment on it on this page. I just wanted to let you know that, my request for deletion of that page doesn't mean I'm against what you do, but means that I think things should be done in the correct order. Cheers, - Huji reply 19:32, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
- I agree that the portal should be deleted. Will I be allowed to make it again when there is more information about history to put on the page? --Hojimachongtalk 22:29, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
- Hello, Hojimachong. At the moment, we are a very small project; we do not have theme portals yet. I think they may be a useful way to group articles. However, I also think that we should discuss that on Simple Talk first. Based on that discussion, we can then create them, if the community wants that. Cheers. --Eptalon 22:45, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
WikiProject History change
Because we are still a relatively small community, currently how we handle WikiProjects is to first create them in the user namespace and then, if they gain enough members and traffic they can be moved to the mainspace. For this reason, I have moved WikiProject History to User:Hojimachong/WikiProject History. Thank you.· Tygrrr... 20:46, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
- At the moment I concentrate on articles concerning history (e.g. History of Indonesia, Neanderthal, Homo erectus, Paleolithic, Mesolithic, Epipaleolithic, Neolithic Revolution, Rajput, History of Africa, History of America, Sassanid Empire, Krishnadevaraya, Bukka, Harihara, Harihara I) as I try to improve World History. So you could regard me as participant of your project. But the amount of time I can spend on it is limited as it depends on real life. --Cethegus (talk) 19:10, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
You are invited to join the WikiProject Famous Americans. The objective of this project is to determine what the 30-50 most important American biographies are, making sure the pages of those people are written well, and in addition serve as a one-stop shop for a 2nd or 3rd grader looking for a Famous American to do a biography report on. Please sign up with it here so it can become a full-fledged project! Purplebackpack89 (talk) 18:04, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
Quick deletion of Template:Divstyleforest change
The page you wrote, Template:Divstyleforest, has been selected for quick deletion. This is because the page was deprecated or replaced by a newer template and are completely unused and not linked to. If you think this page should be kept, please add {{wait}} below the line {{QD}} and say why on the talk page. If the page is already gone, but you think this was an error, you can ask for it to be undeleted. Auntof6 (talk) 23:28, 15 October 2011 (UTC)
