RfD nomination of Chase Tang

An editor has requested deletion of Chase Tang, an article you created. We appreciate your changes, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Thank you for the notification Mr. Praxidicae. I do recall, the page was nominated for deletion before. I thought the issue was revolved. Also the page of Mr. Tang is being repeatedly vandalized by few IP addresses. I don't know how to improve the page contents. I seek your assistance on this very matter.
