Wikipedia:Red links are links to pages that have not yet been started. They appear as red text in an article. They are useful in that they encourage editors to create the linked page. Keep in mind, this is Simple English Wikipedia, a completely separate project from the English Wikipedia. Articles here are written for a different audience; one that includes children and those new to the English Language. Articles can be copied from another Wikipedia (including Enwiki) if you follow the guideline Wikipedia:How to copy from another Wikipedia and include Transwiki attribution (the single Wikipedia copyright requirement). If you have any questions, please ask here or at Wikipedia:Simple talk. Rus793 (talk) 18:04, 6 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

February 2017 change

Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you made, Ruth Plant, may not meet our rules for new pages, so it will shortly be removed. Please use the sandbox for any tests. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about changing. Thank you. Please see Wikipedia:Notability (people). Notability is not inherited.   We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but "Ruth Plant" was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that. Such articles are usually too complex. They need to be simplified before or immediately after being added to the Simple English Wikipedia. In addition, be sure to include attribution on the article's talk page. Thank you. Auntof6 (talk) 01:11, 7 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
