Why you think this is promotional? I’m accepting this account is new, but it doesn’t mean I’m posting promotional content. This page got deleted thrice and still I tried to create this article knowing all the consequences. Article does meet the general notability guideline - only businessmen of a certain reputation and stature would be nominated for SAARC awards. There are reliable references too.
