Disambiguation pages

Hello, Path slopu. Thank you for your work here. I want to point out something about the disambiguation page ( "dab page") Pathanapuram (disambiguation), which you created. This disambiguation page:

• Is named with the "(disambiguation)" qualifier
• Has only two entries
• Shows one of the two entries as the primary meaning, named the same as the page but without the "(disambiguation)" qualifier

When these three things are true, a dab page is not needed. You just put a hatnote on the page that is the primary meaning, directing people to the other page. For that reason, the page will probably be deleted. You might have noticed that the identical page you created on English Wikipedia has been nominated for speedy deletion for this reason.

Creating categories

You might not have known, but on this Wikipedia there needs to be at least three entries in a category. This is documented at Wikipedia:Categories#Is there a need for the new category?. Talk page archiving

Hi. I noticed that you added the MiszaBot template to your talk page. I think it has to be the very first thing on the page, even before the talk header, or it won't work. AWB access removed

Hi, Path slopu. I'm sorry to tell you that I have removed your AWB access for now. This is because I've seen several articles where you added reference sections that weren't needed (because there are no references on the page), and adding reference sections is one of the tasks you wanted to do with AWB. @Auntof6: Hi greetings, extremely sorry for the mistake. I only tried to add reference section in articles lacking it. I have edited around 200 articles with JWB. So it may contain 100+ articles as you said. Reverting all that edit is a difficult task. So, I can't revert it. I am giving my apology. But I will not add reference section in articles without references in future. Also I am going to take a wikibreak due to some personal reasons (only a coincidence). Therefore I don't need AWB access for now. I am temporarily stopping all my works on wikis and will come back after some weeks. Anyway, thank you very much for your helps and advices. Yes, it might be a difficult task, but you need to be willing and able to fix errors you cause. Because of this, when you return from your break, I would oppose you getting either AWB access or the flood flag until you are able to show that you better understand what you're doing and would be prepared to fix or undo everything if necessary.

And by the way, I just removed all the unneeded references sections you added. It wasn't that big a task, using AWB. --Auntof6 (talk) 00:10, 8 May 2020 (UTC)
