Very short commune articles

Hi,

Thanks for adding new articles to Simple English Wikipedia. May I ask you a favor? We already have thousands and thousands of very short French commune stub articles. Adding new articles is OK, but it would be really helpful to try to improve them a little bit. If you have time, could you please add more information when you create a new commune article?

Communes de France

Bonjour Spendeau. Je vois que tu as créé et ajouté du contenu à pas mal de communes françaises. En ce moment (et depuis un bout de temps), j'essaye d'élaborer une liste des communes les plus importantes (par population/préfecture/intérêt historique, etc). Je pense qu'il faut inclure les sous-préfectures - tu les trouveras ici (il reste aussi quelques préfectures à créer). L'objectif est de créer des articles qui ne sont pas considérés comme ébauches (stubs), définies par la limite de 1,500 bytes de texte - plus il y a de contenu, mieux c'est.
