Hello, Wpktsfs~simplewiki, and welcome to the Simple English Wikipedia! I hope you will be happy helping here. You should begin by reading these pages: Wikipedia:Useful, Help:Contents, Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines, and how to write Simple English articles. If you want some ideas of which pages to work on, read Wikipedia:Requested articles or the list of wanted pages.

Even though it is a good idea to research an article (like looking at the discussion page) before making large changes, please be bold and try! Any changes you make that are not perfect can be fixed later. We are also working most on core articles and the most common topics until this Wikipedia grows.

If you want to ask a question or talk with other members, you can visit our version of the "village pump" at Wikipedia:Simple talk. Administrators on Wikipedia can also help you with more difficult problems. You can also ask me for help. The best way to do that is to leave a message on my talk page. You should always sign your messages on Talk pages by typing "~~~~" (four tildes) at the end of your words.

Good luck and happy editing! -  BrownE34  talk  contribs  20:43, 4 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

St. Francis de Sales High School (Toledo, Ohio) change

Please make some assertion of notability in your article. As of now, it could be subject to quick deletion for not asserting notability. Also, please be sure to add categories and interwiki links to articles when creating them. Please let me know if you have any questions about any of this. Thank you -  BrownE34  talk  contribs  20:43, 4 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think you're going to have to do a little more to prove that a private school with only 670 students is notable. As the article stands it is still eligible for deletion. Because we are still such a small encyclopedia, we are trying to focus on the most important articles for now. I don't think that this particular article applies. · Tygartl1·talk· 21:27, 4 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Your new articles change

Hello, Wpktsfs! I suggest that you read the Manual of Style before you make any more articles. There are certain rules for formatting on Wikipedia that your articles do not follow (for example, bolding the article title, adding categories and links to the article in other languages). Also, be sure that the articles you are creating are not merely dictionary definitions and that they assert why the topic is notable. Let me know if I can help. Thanks! · Tygartl1·talk· 21:27, 4 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
