William Stephen Ian Whitelaw, 1st Viscount Whitelaw KT CH PC was a politician and a deputy prime minister from England, sometimes known as Willie Whitelaw. He held a number of roles in the cabinet of Margaret Thatcher during her time as Prime Minister.
