September 2013 change

You have been blocked from changing Wikipedia for 31 hours for vandalism.

Once the block has ended you can make helpful changes. Please read Wikipedia's blocking policy and remember that adding spam, making changes that do not have a neutral point of view, making personal attacks on others, not respecting other people's privacy, and vandalizing pages are not allowed. If you do any of these things, you will be blocked again.

If you think this block is unfair, you can ask to be unblocked by adding {{Unblock|your reason here}} below. If you cannot do this or the reason is private please send an e-mail to simple-admins-l@lists.wikimedia.org and an administrator will look at your reason and reply. You may want to read our guide to unblock requests before asking to be unblocked. Mh7kJ (talk) 00:36, 14 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

i am sorry for any damage caused. please allow me to edit wikipedia in peace, harmony, and butterflies. i am sorry. all my organs are sorry. all of my cells are sorry. my blood and flesh is sorry. i know vandalism is wrong. please allow me to get back on.

Decline reason:

Consistent vandalism on another IP's talk page, plus vandalism in articles and no evidence that the user wants to make constructive, helpful edits.

Quick deletion of Testing page change

The page you wrote, Testing page, has been selected for quick deletion. If you think this page should be kept, please add {{wait}} below the line {{QD}} and say why on the talk page. If the page is already gone, but you think this was an error, you can ask for it to be undeleted. You can find more information about the reason here. RfD nomination of Planet X change

An editor has requested deletion of Planet X, an article you created. We appreciate your changes, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Please comment on the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2013/Planet X and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also change the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns. But you should not remove the requests for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you very much. Rus793 (talk) 23:43, 18 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

I saw your comment on the RfD for Planet X. Just an explanation. The RfD is a process where other editors give their opinions as to whether something meets the minimum requirements for a WP article. The process takes a week, and if the author (you) or someone else wishes to bring the article up to minimum standards in that time period, it may usually be kept as an article. We're not looking at the subject itself, it may actually make a good article at some point. We're looking at whether what was written meets the minimum standards of an article. The way the article was written is why it was flagged. Wikipedia is not a dictionary and one or two lines about something may easily be classed a "dicdef" (dictionary definition). An article goes into more detail than a dictionary definition. Take a look at the article Asteroid belt as an example. It's a small article, but it tells why it's notable (see: Wikipedia:Notability), it has source citations, it has links for words not in simple English, and while it could be simplified further it shows that an article need not be perfect to get started here. If you need any help understanding anything just post your question below. Good luck. Rus793 (talk) 00:45, 20 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please do not make unhelpful changes to Wikipedia, like you did to Wikipedia. The changes you made seem to be vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you want to try changing Wikipedia to learn more about how it works, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Auntof6 (talk) 01:06, 20 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the change, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
