November 2009 change
Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make helpful changes to the encyclopedia. You may not know that Wikipedia has a Manual of Style that should be followed to keep the encyclopedia looking neat and professional. Please do not make unhelpful changes to Wikipedia, like you did to Washington, D.C.. The changes you made seem to be vandalism and have been reverted or removed.
