Confirmed Via En.Wiki Checkuser, and even admitted that user would use another account to request unblock, and that En.Wiki Admins couldn't block that TPA either. This is blatant abuse of TPA, and it is also revoked -- Enfcer (talk) 22:52, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
