Hello. Could you please make use of {{multistub}} instead of placing multiple stub tags on a single page? Thank you. Osiris (talk) 04:12, 10 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

March 2014 change

Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you made may not meet our rules for new pages, so it will shortly be removed. Please use the sandbox for any tests. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about changing. Thank you. Mr Wiki Pro (talk) 23:30, 6 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Continued creation of these pages will result in a block. -DJSasso (talk) 17:17, 7 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
And you are now blocked. -DJSasso (talk) 21:53, 24 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
Your subpage has been deleted as you are not a registered user, and it is in violation of current policy/guidelines. Seeing you have been warned and even blocked for this in the past you are being blocked again for this disruptive activity. -- Enfcer (talk) 16:45, 9 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Quick deletion change

QD should be chosen in preference to RFD whenever possible. Adult animation and Playpen would both be suitable for QD, IMO. RfD is only for those which require discussion. Macdonald-ross (talk) 21:19, 4 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

I agree that QD is better than RFD when appropriate. However, if the reason for requesting deletion is that a page is a dicdef, it needs to go to RFD, because that is not one of the approved QD options. I have just declined quite a few QDs because of that. --Auntof6 (talk) 22:59, 6 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

August 2014 change

You have been blocked from changing Wikipedia for 72 Hours for Disruptive editing & Violation of Standard Guidelines & Policy regarding non registered User Sub-Pages.

Once the block has ended you can make helpful changes. Please read Wikipedia's blocking policy and remember that adding spam, making changes that do not have a neutral point of view, making personal attacks on others, not respecting other people's privacy, and vandalizing pages are not allowed. If you do any of these things, you will be blocked again.

If you think this block is unfair, you can ask to be unblocked by adding {{Unblock|your reason here}} below. If you cannot do this or the reason is private please send an e-mail to simple-admins-l@lists.wikimedia.org and an administrator will look at your reason and reply.   Hello, 64.6.124.31. It looks like an article you created was derived from the English Wikipedia or another version of Wikipedia. If that is indeed the case, please make sure you add some form of attribution, either in your change summary or on the article's talk page. This must be done, even for derivative works, or the article will be deleted in time. More instructions on how to do this are at Wikipedia:Transwiki attribution. Thank you. Rus793 (talk) 14:21, 15 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

I placed attribution templates on the articles you had on today's New page list for you. But it is the responsibility of the original editor to attribute any transwikied articles. This gives you time to digest the information above so you can attribute any new articles you bring over (and simplify). Otherwise new articles copy-pasted from another wiki without attribution are subject to being Quick Deleted for a copyright infringement. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Rus793 (talk) 15:14, 15 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Tampering with the title? change

Hello, dear User:64.6.124.31, you seemed to have edited a page A Sad Piper:Poems and probably removed the page's title/heading. Could you please explain why? This doesnt seem a very useful edit. ThanksHamneto (talk) 19:57, 30 September 2014 (UTC)HamnetoReply

My dear User:64.6.124.31 --am sorry but the edit you made was probably ok, I was just checking. As there was some problem with one of the articles and I was trying to see how that problem had crept in. I should have assumed good faith, but we live and learn. Many thanks and good wishes Hamneto (talk) 00:09, 1 October 2014 (UTC)HamnetoReply

Please stop making unhelpful edits change

I see that you made a lot of edits changing stub tags that didn't change the stub categorizing. An example is this edit, where all you did was change {{Television-stub}} to {{Tv-stub}}. These edits are not helpful to the project. Please don't do that kind of mass change. There is nothing wrong with using templates that redirect to another template. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 22:35, 5 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Conatus change

Stub sorting: please be accurate change

I noticed that you marked the following pages as medical stubs:

These are actually biology stubs. It can be tricky to determine the difference, because the field of medicine deals with a lot of biological things. One way to tell is to ask yourself this: would the topic of the article exist or happen if there were no such thing as the field of medicine? In these cases, the answer is yes: people would still have bones and would still have heart problems. That's what makes these biology stubs instead of medical stubs. Some things that would not exist without the field of medicine are doctors, surgery, and most modern drugs.

If you're going to do stub sorting, be accurate. It's better to leave an article in the general stub category than to put it into an incorrect category. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 16:21, 30 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

April 2015 change

Thank you for experimenting with the page Talk:American Revolutionary War on Wikipedia. It's better... change

... to add a category than to put a flag up saying "No category". I mean, isn't it obvious we have categories for footballers? Macdonald-ross (talk) 18:46, 9 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Considering the efforts you place in finding pages to tag for 'No category', wouldn't you like to find more constructive things to do here? We have a wide variety of things you can help with; disruptive tagging just isn't one of them. If you continue to place "No category" tags without any discussion on your part, the only reasonable conclusion is you don't wish to help here. User:Rus793 (talk) 21:22, 1 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
I was working under the assumption that the "Uncat" template existed for a reason: to tag article that haven't been added to any categories yet. 64.6.124.31 (talk) 21:24, 1 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Would you be intetested in learning how to categorize properly? Categorizing is one of my specialties, and I'd be glad to help you learn more about it. --Auntof6 (talk) 21:59, 1 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

July 2015 change

Your changes to Sakharpa are causing disruption to the project and this is not acceptable. Please stop. If your disruption continues, you will be blocked from changing Wikipedia. User:Rus793 (talk) 19:10, 27 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

  • I checked the "View history" tab. The only changes made to this article from this IP address was to add a stub tag and an uncat tag, nothing else. In order to be considered disruptive, these edits would have to "stop other users from improving pages, or causes other effects that stop people from achieving our purpose of building an encyclopedia". 64.6.124.31 (talk) 15:14, 29 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
Read the entire page: Wikipedia:Disruptive changing. Sakharpa is one of several pages you have been advised to stop adding "No category" tags to. The easiest thing for you to do right now is listen to the editors here. You have a very generous offer by Auntof6 which you have ignored completely. She offered to help you learn about categories so you can follow the advice given to add an appropriate category instead of a tag. You want to learn about something else, just ask at Wikipedia:Simple talk. User:Rus793 (talk) 15:53, 29 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
Looking at the "Template:Uncat" page, it would appear that it is intended to be placed on article that have not been added to any categories. The only pages I have placed the uncat tag on are articles that haven't been placed into any categories. It would seem that I have used this tag only for its intended purpose and for no other use. If using this tag is really such a problem as you would make it seem to be, then the most obvious solution would seem to be for you to nominate both this tag and "Category:Category needed" for deletion. 64.6.124.31 (talk) 16:00, 29 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
(conversation moved here to continue) This is a copy of a message you left on your talk page. It is unnecessary to copy it here. If there is anything to add I'll add it there. User:Rus793 (talk) 21:39, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
It doesn't look like you nominated the Uncat tag for deletion. Does this mean that people are allowed to use this tag now? 64.6.124.31 (talk) 21:20, 10 August 2015 (UTC)

So, can the Uncat tag be used without fear of reprisal? 64.6.124.31 (talk) 18:49, 14 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Not excessively no, if you can reasonably add a page to a category then you need to do that instead. If it is one that you cannot figure out a category for the page to belong in then yes you would be able to use it. In other words like many other "tagging" related things we have told you about before. We look down extremely on people who do drive by tagging instead of fixing the issues. And being that you have been told about it, if you continued doing it, yes the community might consider that disruptive editing and could decide to have you blocked. And since you are blocked on en, that could happen without a warning per the one strike policy. -DJSasso (talk) 18:58, 14 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
