Unblock requests change
Hi, Leonidlednev. Please don't remove unblock requests as you did with the IP 195.19.1.27. As happened there, it can result in edit wars. It can also be seen as interfering with communication between users and admins. If the unblock request is invalid or a problem in some way, it's better to leave it for the admins to see so that they can take any necessary appropriate action such as revoking talk page access.
