Administrators on Wikipedia can also help you with more difficult problems. You can also ask me for help. The best way to do that is to leave a message on my talk page. You should always sign your messages on Talk pages by typing "~~~~" (four tildes) at the end of your words.

Error in judgement

One reason was because this troll has a standard way of operating. It talks to its own sockpuppets to appear helpful, to gain trust. Since it talked to you and even attempted to assist you, I had the impression that one sockpuppet it held was you. :( Hope it clears everything. The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications.
