In 1995, he established the Pan American Wushu Federation (PAWF), which currently consists of 23 member nations. He has served as an executive committee member of the International Wushu Federation (IWUF) since 1995. In 2003, he was elected as its vice-president; a position which he still holds. Goh was one of the most prominent tournament promoters in the country during the 80s and 90s. He hosted the 3rd World Wushu Championships (1995) which was held in Baltimore, Maryland. It was the first time that the world wushu championships were held outside Asia and, with 54 countries and regions participating, it was the largest wushu-kungfu event ever held in the United States.
