The 2022 Fukushima earthquake (福島県沖地震, Fukushima-ken Oki Jishin) happened off the coast of Fukushima, Honshu, Japan on March 16, 2022, at 23:36 JST.[4] The earthquake had a magnitude of 7.4. Four people were killed and 247 were injured.[source?]
