South Australian general election
The 2022 South Australian state election was held on 19 March 2022 to elect the 55th Parliament of South Australia, including all 47 seats in the House of Assembly and 11 of the 22 seats in the Legislative Council. It was conducted by the Electoral Commission of South Australia (ECSA).

The incumbent Liberal government, led by Premier Steven Marshall, tried to win a second term in government. However, they were defeated by the Labor Party, led by Opposition Leader Peter Malinauskas.
