2024 Arizona Proposition 139

proposed amendment to the Arizona Constitution

Arizona Proposition 139 is a change to the law that will be voted on November 5, 2024 in the state of Arizona.[1]

Abortion is currently legal in Arizona if a person is pregnant for 15 weeks.[2]

Arizona Proposition 139 asks voters if they would like to have the right to abortion to be legal in the state after 15 weeks. More than 50% of voters in Arizona need to agree to this change for it to become a law.[3]
