51 Pegasi b

51 Pegasi b, also called Bellerephon or 51 Peg b, is the first extrasolar planet discovered orbiting a main-sequence star, 51 Pegasi. Michel Mayor and Didier Queloz announced the discovery on 6 October 1995.[1][2] It is 50 light years away in the direction of the constellation Pegasus.[3]
