Abbas Gharabaghi

Iranian military chief (1918–2000)

Arteshbod Abbas Gharabaghi (Persian: عباس قره‌باغی; 1 November 1918 – 14 October 2000) was the last chief of staff of the Iranian armed forces, as well as deputy commander-in-chief of the Iranian Imperial Army.

Gharabaghi died in Paris in 2000. He was buried in Père Lachaise Cemetery.
