Adylbek Kasymaliev

Adylbek Aleshovich Kasymaliev was born on December 1, 1960 in the Dolon Village, Tyupsky District, Issyk-Kul Region.^[1]

He has higher educational attainment.

In 1984 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Economics and Finance, specialty "Economics".

Employment

In 1984-1988, he was junior research assistant at the Research Institute for Economics and Economic and Mathematical Methods of Planning of the State Planning Committee of the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic.

In 1988-1990, he was Head of the Financial Service of the Engineer Road Construction Battalion.

In 1990-1993, he was Deputy Head of the State Tax Inspectorate for the Oktyabrsky District of Bishkek.

In 1993-1994, he was First Deputy Head of the State Tax Inspectorate for the Oktyabrsky District of Bishkek.

In 1994-1995, he was Head of the Department of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 1995-1996, he was Head of Department No. 2, and Deputy Head of the External Monitoring Department of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 1996-1997, he was Deputy Head of the Tax Policy and Revenue Forecasting Department at the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 1997-1998, he was Head of the Department of Tax Policy and Law Regulations at the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 1998-2000, he was Head of the Tax Policy and Revenue Forecasting Department at the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2009-2010, he was Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2010-2011, he was Chairman of the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2011-2012, he was Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economic Regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2012-2015, he was Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2015-2018, he was Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2019-2020, he was Director of the Social Fund "Social Partnership Fund for Regional Development".

In 2020-2021, he was Chairman of the Social Fund "Social Partnership Fund for Regional Development".

In 2021-2021, he was Deputy Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2021-2022, he was Member of the Board of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.

In 2022-2024, he was First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Since December 16, 2024, he is Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
