Aksay, Rostov Oblast

Aksay (Russian: Аксай) is a town in Rostov Oblast, Russia. It is on the right bank of the Don River and is 18 kilometers (11 mi) northeast of Rostov-on-Don, the administrative center of the oblast. In 2010, 41,969 people lived there.
