Alain Bui
French academic, president of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University
Alain Bui (born 1969) is a French doctor who specializes in information technology. He has been President of the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines since October 2017.

He graduated from the Paris Diderot University in information technology, and started his career at University of Picardie Jules Verne in 1995. He moved to CNRS in 2003.[1] He worked on simulation technology.
In October 2017, he was elected President of the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, succeeding Didier Guillemot.[2]
