Alain Caron
Alain Caron (born 8 July 1957 Paris ) is a Dutch chef.[1][2] He runs restaurants and cafés in Amsterdam, [3][4][5]
He was in television programs such as MasterChef Netherlands (season 1 to 3), Keuringsdienst van Waarde and BinnensteBuiten .[6]
Biography
changeCaron, born in Paris, came to Utrecht in 1983, where his first wife was studying. He was chef de partie in Tante Koosje and cook in De Kersentuin .[7] He runs restaurants, with his two sons in Amsterdam: Café Caron and Petit Caron. [8][9] During COVID-19, they offered take-out.[10] In 2021, he opened La cantine de Caron.[11][12]
He has written fourteen cookbooks . [13]
He teaches cooking classes in Verbier.[14][15] He appeared at Culinary Stars Showcase .[16]
