Albert Shakhnazarov
Albert Shakhnazarov (born May 11, 1991) is an Armenian-American entrepreneur, motivational speaker, author, and podcast host whose life and work exemplify the philosophy of transforming "average" into "elite"[1] in every pursuit. He is the founder and CEO of Axe Elite, Verizon’s top-performing sales partner, which has earned multiple awards, including the Verizon Partner of the Year Award and a spot on the Inc. 5000 list in 2023. Known for his commitment to growth, integrity, and resilience, Shakhnazarov’s work has influenced thousands to pursue their potential. Early Life
changeAlbert Shakhnazarov was born in Moscow, Russia, in a refugee camp after his family fled political unrest in Azerbaijan. At six, his family left the camp, encountering significant hardship and discrimination as they tried to rebuild their lives.[4][5]
Education and Athletic Achievements
changeAlbert attended Hall High School in West Hartford, Connecticut. Though he struggled academically, graduating with a 2.1 GPA, he found strength in athletics, excelling in soccer and wrestling.[6][7]
