Alex Dawson
Scottish footballer (1940-2020)
Alexander Downie Dawson (21 February 1940 – 17 July 2020) was a Scottish football player. He was born in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire. Between 1957 and 1961, he played for Manchester United. From 1961 to 1967, he played for Preston North End. From 1968 to 1971, he played for Brighton & Hove Albion.
