Alfred Achebe
Nigerian traditional ruler
Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe, CFR (born 14 May 1941), popularly called Agbogidi is a Nigerian traditional ruler who serves as the 21st and current Obi of Onitsha, a city in Anambra State since 2002.[1] As an Academian, Achebe became the chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University since 2015 after previously being the chancellor of Kogi State University.[2]

Career
changeAchebe had worked as the chairman of the board of Directors of Unilever Nigeria until his retirement in 2023.[3] He was also the chairman of International Breweries, Nigeria, Director of Royal Dutch Shell Group and others.
