Angel Echevarria
American baseball player
Angel Santos Echevarria (May 25, 1971 – February 7, 2020) was an American professional baseball player. He played as an outfielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1996 to 2002. He played for the Colorado Rockies (1996–2000), the Milwaukee Brewers (2000–2001) and the Chicago Cubs (2002). He also played in Japan for Pacific League team Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters from 2003 to 2004. He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Echevarria died due to a fall on February 7, 2020 in Bridgeport. He was 48.[1]
