Backlash (also known as Backlash: In Your House) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) show made by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). It took place on April 25, 1999 at the Providence Civic Center in Providence, Rhode Island. It was the first Backlash event held by the WWF and the last In Your House event until NXT TakeOver: In Your House in 2020.[1]
