Bernard Guignedoux
French association football player (1947-2021)
Bernard Guignedoux (31 January 1947 – 1 January 2021)[3] was a French footballer and manager.[4] He was the first player in Paris Saint-Germain to score a goal in the team's history.[5]

Death
changeIn April 2020, Guignedoux was hospitalised for a "serious illness".[6][7] He died on 1 January 2021, at the age of 73.[8]
