Binder clip
a simple device for binding sheets of paper together
A binder clip is a simple tool for holding pieces of paper together. This is usually made of spring steel. It is usually found in an office workplace. It also has other uses including bookmarks and wire clips. To use it, push the back two silver handles together for the black clamp to open, insert the paper in the opening seen in the black clamp. You can then let go of the black handles and release the clamp, holding the papers together.
