Bob Carpenter

American sportscaster

Bob Carpenter (born 1952 or 1953) is a sportscaster currently calling games for the Washington Nationals.Carpenter has been the Washington Nationals TV broadcaster since 2006.[1] He also called games for the Minnesota Twins, New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, and the Texas Rangers as well as MLB, Minor League Baseball, and college baseball games for ESPN. He has also called college football and basketball for ESPN and USA. He called college basketball games for CBS as well as the FIFA World Cup for ESPN. Carpenter called tennis and golf tournaments for USA.[2]
