Brian Augustyn

American comic book editor and writer

Brian Augustyn (November 2, 1954 – February 1, 2022) was an American comic book editor and writer. [source?] He was known for his works with DC Comics. During the late 1980s and early 1990s Augustyn was an editor for DC Comics, where he edited The Flash and Justice League comics. As a solo writer, Augustyn has worked on such titles as DC's Batman: Gotham by Gaslight and other Batman-related comics.[1]

Augustyn died from a stroke on February 1, 2022, at the age of 67.[2]
