British Columbia Highway 91

Highway 91 (British Columbia Highway 91) is an alternative freeway route to Highway 99 through Delta, New Westminster and Richmond. The highway was built in two parts, the first part from Delta to East Richmond in 1986, and the second part across Richmond in 1989.
