Can-avid

Can-avid is a town in the province of Eastern Samar. As said by the 2020 census, it has 21,682 people living there .

History

Can-avid was made in 1948 from the neighborhoods of Can-avid, Carolina, Barok, Cansangaya, Mabuhay, Camantang, Canilay, Pandol and Balagon, which was, before, part of the town Dolores, Eastern Samar, by a law passed.^[1]
