Carb loading
dietic strategy in preparation for athletic endurance events
Carb loading, also known as carbo-loading, is a method athletes use to try to fill up their body with glycogen for being able to use more energy. It is done by eating a meal high in carbohydrates just right before an activity such as a long distance run. Some atheletes might not feel good from using this method.[1]
