Charcuterie is a French word that means cold cooked meats and the process of making them. Charcuterie often means food made from pork but not always.
An example of a charcuterie meat is salami.
A charcuterie platter or charcuterie board is a wooden board with these types of meats, crackers, fruits, nuts, etc.
