Charles Hillman Brough

American academic and politician (1876-1935)

Charles Hillman Brough was an American Democratic Party politician who served as governor of Arkansas from 1917 to 1921. During his time as governor numerous reforms[1] were carried out such as the establishment of a State General Hospital “to provide free health care for qualified patients.”[2]
