Chevrolet Tahoe

sport utility vehicle

The Chevrolet Tahoe (and its sibling GMC Yukon) is a full sized SUV sold by General Motors since 1995.[1] It replaced the Chevrolet K5 Blazer and GMC S15 Jimmy. It is available in three trims LS, LT, and LTZ. The Tahoe comes in either rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. It also offers FlexFuel (can burn gasoline or mixes of gasoline and ethanol up to E85). The Tahoe is available with a choice of automatic or manual transmission and has a V8 engine. The Tahoe is built on the same chassis used by full-sized Chevrolet and GMC pickup trucks.[2]

It is also offered to police fleets as the "Chevrolet Tahoe Police Package".[3]
