Cirilo Flores Estrada; (Guatemala City, 1779 - Quezaltenango, 1826) Guatemalan politician who was the first president of Guatemala in1826. Cirilo Flores took part in the independence movement and, in 1823, in the constitution of the United Provinces of the Center of America, confederation of Central American states in which Guatemala was integrated. He was president of the Guatemalan Constituent Assembly and in September 1824 he was elected vice head of the State of Guatemala.
