Claude Lelouch

French film director, writer, cinematographer, actor and producer

Claude Barruck Joseph Lelouch (French: [ləluʃ]; born 30 October 1937) is a French movie director, writer, cinematographer, actor and producer. He was born in Paris, France.[1] He is known for his work in the musical epic Les Uns et les Autres (1981). He also directed C'était un rendez-vous.[2] He won two Academy Awards for Best Foreign Movie and for Original Screenplay.[3]

In 1993, he was the President of the Jury at the 18th Moscow International Film Festival.[4]
