Coat of arms of Lithuania

The coat of arms of Lithuania: the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Republic of Lithuania. It was also used on the coat of arms of cities, voivodeships and noble families. Used as the coat of arms of Belarus in 1918 and 1991–1995.

The coat of arms of Lithuania consists of a man wearing armour, holding a sword and shield, and riding a horse in front of a red background. It is also known as Vytis.
