Concha
Mexican sweetbread
Concha is a kind of bread from Mexico. It is a pan dulce. In Spanish, concha means conch. The breads get this name, because their form resembles that of a seashell. The bread is made of a sweetened bread roll, and a crunchy topping.[1]
