Dōgen
Japanese Zen buddhist teacher (1200-1253)
Dōgen Zenji was a priest, writer, poet, philosopher from Japan. He founded the Sōtō school of Zen in Japan. Dōgen was born 26 January, 1200 and died 22 September, 1253.[1][2]
