David Greetham (textual scholar)
Anglo-American literary critic (1941-2020)
David Greetham (October 21, 1941 – March 24, 2020) was an English-American literary critic.[1] He was known as the founder of the Society for Textual Scholarship. He was the Society's President from 1999 to 2001.[2] He worked at the Graduate Center at City University New York. Greetham was born in Cheshire, England.
Greetham died on March 24, 2020 from a long-illness at the age of 78.[3]
