East Bengal Legislative Assembly
Bengali legislature when a province of Pakistan as East Bengal (1947-1955) and as East Pakistan (1955-1971)
The East Bengal Legislative Assembly was the elected law-making body of the province of East Bengal in Pakistan. It was later renamed the East Pakistan Legislative Assembly and would be succeeded by the Jatiyo Sangshad in 1971.
